• Account profile information such as name, email address, organization, roles, and communication preferences.
• Identity information from accepted sign-in providers, such as issuer, subject, provider, and verification status.
• License, entitlement, activation, device, invoice, payment status, and support information.
• Product telemetry, diagnostics, crash reports, and usage events, depending on product settings and your consent choices.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and security logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, operate, support, improve, and bill for VroomITs services. We may also use information to communicate with you, verify identity, enforce terms, prevent fraud, comply with law, and develop new features.

3. Identity Providers and Connected Services

VroomITs may authenticate users through Microsoft Entra External ID and accepted social or enterprise identity providers. We use stable identity claims such as issuer and subject to map accounts. Email addresses are used for communication and linking context, not as the primary account key.

If you connect source-control, payment, communication, or other third-party services, those providers may process information under their own privacy notices.

4. Telemetry and Diagnostics

Some VroomITs products offer telemetry and diagnostic controls. Where controls are available, you can choose the level of telemetry collected. Security, licensing, fraud-prevention, and service-operation logs may still be collected where necessary to provide and protect the services.

5. Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, secure, bill, support, and operate VroomITs services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and identity provider credentials.

8. Your Choices

You may be able to update account details, communication preferences, telemetry choices, and connected identities in the VroomITs customer portal. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance where required by applicable law.

9. Children

VroomITs services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where VroomITs or its service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
