Terms of Service

1. Accounts and Identity

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and identity provider accounts secure. VroomITs may use third-party identity providers, including Microsoft Entra External ID and accepted social or enterprise identity providers, to authenticate customers.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use VroomITs services to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, or misuse support and automation features.

3. Software, Licenses, and Entitlements

Access to VroomITs software and services may depend on active licenses, entitlements, subscriptions, or product-specific terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute VroomITs software except as allowed by applicable law or a written agreement with VroomITs.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid products may require valid billing information. Fees, renewal terms, taxes, and payment timing are shown at purchase or in the customer portal. Unless otherwise stated, payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

5. Customer Content and Telemetry

You retain ownership of your content. You grant VroomITs the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services. Telemetry and diagnostic collection are governed by the VroomITs Privacy Statement and available product controls.

6. Third-Party Services

VroomITs services may connect to third-party identity, source-control, payment, analytics, hosting, or communication providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. VroomITs is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, VroomITs services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VroomITs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. VroomITs aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid to VroomITs for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. VroomITs may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the services unlawfully.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to VroomITs Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of VroomITs services after updates take effect means you accept the updated terms.
